•The critters is individually crafted through sculpting and hand-painting, resulting in an unique piece. Utilizing high-quality clay and glazes, we prioritize safety by ensuring they are non-plumbic and suitable for everyday use. Please note that due to the handmade nature, colors may slightly vary.

•Given the limited inventory due to our small business scale, maintaining a stock of only 1 or 2 pieces per item is our current practice. Should a particular item be out of stock, please be advised that the design process will take approximately 3 weeks.

•Care: hand wash recommended to preserve the materials and design.

•Return policy: We are more than willing to replace or issue a refund (if applicable) for any piece that exhibits damage and/or non-functionality resulting from a manufacturing defect.  All return requests must be submitted by email (hello@freakyclay.com) within 12 days of package delivery.

•Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase
